ChuckMatrix , americano de Nova Jersey, designer gráfico,
autodidata, um apaixonado pelas ferramentas de construção do Second Life, é
nosso artista escolhido esta semana.
Suas esculturas atingem nossa emoção pela beleza e requinte
de detalhes e o interessante é que o artista trabalha basicamente com as
ferramentas disponibilizadas pelo SL, não utiliza, ainda, programas de modelagem em
3D. Quando é absolutamente necessário adquire algumas peças específicas para finalizar alguma de suas criações.
Muito embora esteja
em seus planos aprender a modelar em mesh (uma forma de modelagem mais
sofisticada,livre e flexível) Chuck prefere manter-se fiel às suas raízes, alí
onde a arte do SL realmente nasceu e assim utilizar predominantemente as primitivas
disponibilizadas pelo Second Life.
Talvez o "Último dos Moicanos".
As obras de Chuck são bastante complexas, os temas
escolhidos pelo artista são profundos; sua inspiração navega pelas suas
experiências de vida desde a tenra infância, adolescência e maturidade até
situações que impactam extremamente a humanidade, por exemplo guerras mundiais
e atentados terroristas. Explora com profundidade todas as faces de sua
personalidade - o lado sombrio e também o iluminado - revelando corajosamente
sua intimidade. Podemos ver assim, através de sua arte, a alma do artista.

que a criação é sem dúvida um processo terapêutico fantástico. O AMOR também
sorriu para o artista no metaverso que encontrou ali alguém que lhe dá suporte

ChuckMatrix também é
artista na vida real, inclusive apresenta no segundo andar de sua galeria virtual
uma amostra da sua arte na vida real , onde apresenta trabalhos à caneta ou
tinta mas como um designer gráfico privilegia bem mais as mídias digitais. A
inspiração para os desenhos digitais e para as esculturas é a mesma, mas com
uma interpretação diferente, por isso as vezes prefere trabalhar em 2D que
fazer uma escultura.

ChuckMatrix, American from New Jersey, a graphic designer, a self taught person, passionate by Second life building tools is our chosen artist this week.
His
sculptures reach our emotion for
its beauty and refinement of
details and the interesting thing is that the artist works primarily with the tools provided by the SL, he still doesn`t use 3D modeling programs. When it is absolutely
necessary he buy some specific
pieces to complete some of his creations.
Even though he plans
to learn modeling in mesh (a new way to model, freer and more flexible) Chuck
prefers to remain loyal to his roots, there where the art of SL actually born
and thus predominantly use the tools provided by Second Life. Perhaps the "Last of the
Mohicans."
Chuck`s art works are quite complex, the themes chosen by the artist are deep; his inspiration navigate through their life experiences from early childhood ,through adolescence and maturity till situations that impact greatly humanity, such as world wars and terrorist attacks. Explores in depth all facets of his personality - the dark side and also illuminated side - and courageously revealing his intimacy. We can see well through his art, the artist's soul.
